Illustration Arts Fest was established in 2016, inspired by and guided with invaluable support from NoBrow and the original UK ELCAF -East London Comics & Arts Festival). As an independent, community-supported, and self-funded festival, it is created by illustrators, for illustrators, in Singapore and beyond. We welcome illustrators from all over the world!In 2026, we will proudly celebrate our 10th anniversary, marking a decade of championing creativity and artistic expression.

We invite you to immerse yourself in the breathtaking works of over 120 extraordinary illustrators from many countries including -Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
We have hosted visiting illustrators including Victo Ngai ( USA/ HK), ICINORI (France), Mattias Adolfsson (Sweden), Yuko Shimizu (USA), Isabel Greenberg (UK) , Li ChiTak(HK), to name afew.
